The application of basic coaching principles at Ruby Bhattal Coaching.

We will begin our coaching work together by engaging in a process called 'contracting.' This is a working agreement between me as 'coach' with you as 'coachee' which will outline the terms of the relationship, goals, frequency of sessions (if purchasing a block of sessions), payment terms and boundaries. A contract will be supplied to each client.  

As an experienced coach and Member of the Association of Coaching I adhere to The Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and supervisors in my practice.

Your feedback will be important to me throughout the coaching work we do together. I will regularly provide opportunity for reflection and feedback. At the end of the programme I will give you a further opportunity to provide written feedback which supports self-reflection for you and me.
